Caio Farias is an experienced logistics professional with a diverse international career that spans over a decade. Currently serving as the Group Executive Delivery Experience at ANC, he leads a dedicated team in enhancing the relationships with the company's fleet. Their collective efforts center on optimising fleet growth, performance and capabilities to ensure ANC boasts the best Last Mile fleet in the business.

Caio's journey in the transport industry has been nothing short of remarkable, taking him from France and Germany to Spain, the UK, Poland, and finally, Australia. Before his tenure at ANC, he made significant contributions at Amazon, where he spearheaded operations in France and subsequently oversaw the expansion of the customer return operations across Europe. He played a pivotal role in launching warehouses and intra-same-day delivery services in multiple European countries within the Amazon network.

What truly ignites Caio's passion in his role is the opportunity to positively impact the lives of numerous small business owners throughout Australia. He takes pride in providing avenues for growth and professional advancement, ultimately elevating their service delivery and operational capabilities.

Outside of his professional life, Caio enjoys to spent time with family and friends, DIY projects, and passionately engages in sustainability topics. His interests extend to all matters related to business and policies that contribute to a positive social impact. When time allows, he indulges his love for travel, relishing the opportunity to explore different cultures, languages, and cuisines.

His impressive academic background, including an Executive MBA from Melbourne University, a Master's in Logistics and Innovation from ENSAM in France, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from UFES in Brazil, underscores his dedication to excellence in the field.
