Clarity evaluates the merits of an envisioned Value Proposition. We utilize a customized Interview Guide which is signed-off by management to elicit the trade's attitude toward your new approaches for addressing unmet market needs. While this type of customer research helps define or confirm your strategy, it often leaves value on the table.
Clarity can switch hats during the course of certain customer interviews, dropping our research hat in favor of a sales hat where our interviewee voices tangible receptivity to the client's Value Proposition. We communicate hot leads to designated client contacts promptly upon typing up our interview findings. While the overall objective of the study remains focused on advising the client's customer development and/or loyalty strategy, our direct role in a successful sale or two is certain to seal the value of our engagement.
