Jack is a seasoned financial consultant. Prior to joining the Clarity M&A roster, Jack was Managing Partner of Ciaschi, Detershagen, Little and Mickelson, a 35 person Ithaca based CPA firm. Jack left the firm in early 2003 to provide accounting, consulting, and management advisory services to businesses. He has extensive experience in business valuation and sound financial guidance to mid market companies.
