Scott Moore, PhD

Research

Scott Moore contributes strong technical background, in a wide range of technologies, to the Clarity team. His PhD in Materials Engineering, 13 years with IBM, and successful management of many technology assessment projects, enable him to climb the learning curve rapidly and support the broader Clarity project team.

At IBM, Scott was responsible for screening all PhD applications across IBM's US operations. He also conducted theoretical research in semiconductor processes, devices, and circuits, as well as similar research in optical communications.

Scott earned a PhD in Materials Engineering an MS in Materials Engineering and a BS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
