Jim Schneiders has 34 years of senior management experience, with specialized expertise in the packaging and packaging machinery industry.

Prior to joining the Clarity roster, Jim was President of four packaging industry companies: Belvac Production Machinery, NPRC, Continental Plastic Containers, and Continental Beverage Containers.

Notable achievements during his career in the packaging industry include:

• Turned around a company, improving sales, earnings and cash flow by 38%, 728% and 587% respectively in one year.
• Created and implemented comprehensive strategic and operational plans at all 4 companies, establishing company, departmental, and individual milestones and accountability.
• Increased sales, earning, and cash flow of a packaging machinery company by 243%, 285%, and 532% respectively in a 3 year period.
• Built a plastics processing company from plan to a four plant nationwide coverage operation in 18 months.
• Developed a new product line for Belvac, serving plastic bottle applications as distinct from Belvac's historic metal focus, which represented 10% of sales in 2 years.
