Jack Wisniewski

Engineered Components

Jack contributes operational experience leading manufacturing companies. He has a solid track record of preparing assets for sale and maximizing their value.

Jack's extensive operational experience running manufacturing companies enables him to deliver benefits that extend beyond the capability of traditional M&A firms. This integration of operations and M&A experience is most compelling on the sell side, where Jack has a solid track record of preparing assets for sale and maximizing their value.

Through his association with The American Industrial Acquisition Corporation, a firm that acquires distressed companies on the behalf of the Bacardi family and other private equity, Jack has managed buy side due diligence for 12 potential deals since 2002. Each of these cases has relied upon the creative leverage of assets and pragmatic plans to turn the company around. One of these prospects, Florida Tile, was purchased at a substantial discount with minimal cash and is now benefiting from Jack's turn-around plan.

Prior to AIAC, Jack ran multiple companies with a short to medium term liquidity objective.

While serving as interim President of Garvey Precision Machine, a manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical assemblies, he grew the company by 250% though acquisition and organic growth and improved efficiencies by implementing TQM and a High Performance Organization culture. These improvements enabled him to develop a strategic buyer for the business resulting in a 40% annualized return for investors.

As President of AAC Engineered Systems, a manufacturer of machining and material handing equipment, he grew the company by 400% at solid profitability within 18 months of taking the helm. He proceeded to sell the company. Prior to AAC, he served as President of Component Technology Corporation, a NASDAQ traded contract manufacturing firm, where he improved operations and managed the sale of this public company at a 20% premium over its current trading price.

Jack is a recipient of various awards and honors for his manufacturing sector achievements, including the City of Philadelphia Quality Award, The New Jersey Governor's Cup for Entrepreneurial Excellence, and a finalist for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. He also sits on several boards, including Intubation Plus, Inc. and Infectech, Inc.

Jack earned an AD from Penn State and a BS from LaSalle College.
