Dick Young has 28 years of senior management experience in the chemical industry.

After 10 years at the National Bureau of Standards, Dick joined Thiokol Corporation's Chemical Group. At the time of his departure, Dick was Director of Marketing and Sales of this $240 million Thiokol operation.

After 11 years with Thiokol, Dick spent 4 years as Executive Vice President of Synair Corporation, a $50 million specialty chemical manufacturer and 5 years as Senior Vice President of Product and Market Development at ARNCO company, another specialty chemical manufacturer.

In 1990, Dick formed Chemline Corporation based on a US Air Force contract to develop a flat proof aircraft tire. In 1996, Dick formed DynaChem Corporation, a manufacturer of polyurethane products for automotive and other applications. Dick successfully sold DynaChem to Vangard Industries in 1999, having grown the company to roughly $10 million in annual sales.
